To Reduce SEN (Non EHCP) NEET numbers in Dacorum at Post 16 

Objective for current year 2025-2026 

• Identify Post 16 Pathways  

• Setting up and establishing a working Subgroup to support Pathways to Post 16 

• Targeted work with young people is established and evaluated for impact 

• Working with schools and Partners to establish a communication transition tool for SEN learners to college. 

• Establish NEET Pathways identifying what happens when a learner becomes NEET 

• Establish if Data can support us to identify the reasons for SEN Post 16 NEET
